Multi-Brand Fulfillment

At Best Friends General, we partner with a curated collective of independent makers and brands to bring you the best quality goods for dogs and cats.

Because your items are shipped directly from our various partner workshops across the country, please note the following:

• Multiple Packages: If you order items from different brands, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.

• Processing Times: Each of our partners has a unique fulfillment process. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, though this can vary by brand and product type.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the specific requirements of the items in your cart.

Tracking Your Order

Once an item in your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If your order contains items from multiple brands, you will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping methods and carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL) are determined by the individual brand fulfilling your item.
